Meet Your Host
Business Coach & Facilitator | Mindset, Strategy & Energetics
With a grounded yet strategic approach, I support women to lead businesses that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside. My work bridges mindset, strategy and energetics, and I am known for creating spaces where women feel both empowered and supported.
This year’s IWD event is a space for real conversations, real connection, and real impact. A space to reflect on how far we’ve come, acknowledge what still needs to shift, and lean into the collective power we create when we give — to ourselves, to each other, and to the next generation.
I’m honoured to host this experience and to donate 20% of all event profits to Girls from Oz, helping create access to education, confidence, and choice for girls and young women.
This cause deeply resonated with me, growing up in a remote and regional town in the centre of NSW (seven hours west of Sydney). I know firsthand the disadvantages that can come with living in rural and remote communities. Supporting Girls from Oz is my way of giving back and helping create pathways to education, confidence, and choice for girls who deserve every opportunity to thrive.
I can’t wait to welcome you into the room.
Meet The Speakers
Leadership Consultant & Executive Coach
Speaking Topic: Balancing the Scales Without Burning Out
Many women have navigated progress by constantly adapting, managing perceptions, and carrying invisible responsibility, but that model of leadership isn’t sustainable.
Nikki will explore how the next phase of leadership requires greater self-definition, alignment, and conscious standards and boundaries — so success doesn’t come at the cost of depletion.
With over 15 years’ experience working with senior leaders, founders, and leadership teams across Australia, Nikki brings a commercial, systems-level perspective to leadership. Her work supports women to move beyond over-functioning and into more aligned, sustainable ways of leading.
Speaker | Relationship Coach | Founder of TheMarriageWhisperer.com
Speaking Topic: Give at Home, Gain in Business, The Hidden Bottleneck You’re Not Tracking
You’re capable. You’re driven. You know how to grow a business.
So why does expansion sometimes feel heavier than it should?
Nathalie reveals the hidden bottleneck most ambitious women never measure: the emotional climate at home. She’ll unpack how unspoken tension quietly taxes your capacity — and how creating emotional safety increases your ability to lead, decide boldly, and grow without sacrificing your relationship.
Nathalie is a Certified Matrescence Coach, Certified NLP MasterCoach, published author, and creator of The Relationship Thrive Code, helping high-performing women thrive in both leadership and love.
Spiritual Mentor & Guide | Founder of Earthy Angels
Speaking Topic: Giving to Yourself to Lead from Overflow
When we talk about Give to Gain, we often think about giving to others — but what if it begins with giving to yourself?
Lisa will speak to the power of ritual, self-connection, and activating your natural gifts. When women create space to reconnect with their intuition and creativity, they stop giving from depletion and begin leading from overflow, in business, motherhood, and life.
Lisa is the founder of Earthy Angels, a modern wellness studio on the northern Gold Coast dedicated to helping women nurture their body, mind, and soul through movement, mindfulness, and community.
Clinical Dietitian
Speaking Topic: Body Image, Self-Worth & Confidence in Leadership
Our relationship with our body shapes more than we realise — it influences how we show up, how visible we allow ourselves to be, and how confidently we lead.
Louise will explore the powerful link between body image, self-trust, and leadership presence, sharing practical insight into healing self-perception so women can take up space with confidence — in business and beyond.
As a Clinical Dietitian, Louise supports women to build healthier relationships with food and their bodies, creating sustainable wellbeing that strengthens both personal and professional confidence.
In the essence of giving, 20% of all profits from this event will be donated to Girls from Oz
Girls from Oz supports education and empowerment opportunities for girls and young women, helping create a future where every girl can access choice, independence, and opportunity.
When you attend, you’re not just investing in yourself, you’re giving forward.
International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, while also serving as a call to action for accelerating gender equality.
IWD has been recognised for well over a century, beginning in 1911 with over a million people supporting women’s rights. Today, International Women’s Day belongs to everyone, everywhere. It is not country, organisation, or group specific — it is a collective movement, powered by shared action and purpose.
This year’s theme, Give to Gain, invites us to explore how generosity, leadership, connection, and advocacy don’t diminish us… they elevate us.
